Es gibt separate Mietverträge. Die Wohnung wird vermietet von Immobilien Wenzel, mit denen habe ich bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Es gibt auch eine WhatsApp Gruppe zu der man bei Einzug hinzugefügt wird, um direkten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zu haben (how cool is that).
Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich im Altsachs-Viertel (Klappergasse) genau gegenüber vom Ponyhof und neben Dicostadl. Wer sich in Frankfurt auskennt, weiß wie belebt die Straße ist, besonders am Wochenende.
Du solltest also kein Problem damit haben in einer belebten Straße zu wohnen. Die Fenster sind aber weitgehend schallisoliert. Aber das Treppenhaus ist hellhörig.
