Das Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter zu groß hat ein Sofa und einen großen 4k Fernseher aus dem Fenster schauen sieht man direkt den Wald, optional ist nach Absprache auch ein Garten direkt am Fluss.
Falls du Interesse hast, melde dich! Aufgrund der hohen Vorgaben des Vermieters ist allerdings ein voriges Treffen in einer Bar oder einem Restaurant nötig um zu schauen, ob man sich einigermassen versteht und verträgt. Das heisst , wenn sie vor Ort sind und erstmal im Hostel ein paar Tage übernachten, kann in dieser Zeit ein Treffen organisiert werden um zu klären , ob ein zusammenziehen von Erfolg gekrönt sein wird.
Leider haben es einige untermieter in den letzten Jahren übest übertrieben weswegen der Vermieter hohe Hürden gesetzt hat
