Das Haus wurde vor ca. 15 Jahren komplett saniert und ist dementsprechend gut gedämmt (wenig Heizkosten). Die Wohnung selber wurde vor unserem Einzug (vor 5J.) saniert. Das Bad ist neu und die Böden wurden in Küche und Flur neu verlget und das Holzpakett in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer restauriert.
Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer gehen in den Hinterhof (schön ruhig) und über das Wohnzimmer ist der Balkon zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung hat eine Süd-Ost Ausrichtung auf Seiten des Balkons
